DHR International has been retained to conduct a search for Chief Financial Officer for the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra. This is DHR’s third engagement with the NJSO, following the recruitment of President & CEO (2016) and Vice President, Marketing and External Affairs (2019). The NJSO has already raised 60% of a $50 million comprehensive campaign which will culminate with its centennial celebration in 2022. We are seeking a strategic and analytical finance executive to provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, and budgeting processes of the organization as it plans for the next century of enriching the lives of New Jerseyans through music.
